Cordier Syrah was grown on the south-facing slopes of the foothills of the Montagne Noire in the Minervois appellation, in the north of the Aude department, near Cru La Livinière. Our incredible Syrah has been very carefully looked after, from pruning to harvest, in line with the standards at Maison Cordier.
With its lovely, intense garnet red colour, our Incredible Syrah reveals a bouquet of subtle dark berry notes. The palate is fruity and generous with hints of spice and floral notes. This rich wine will win you over with its balance and delicacy. To enjoy just the two of you, or with friends, over brunch, dinner, or whenever you fancy a drink.
After harvesting, Cordier Syrah is vinified using traditional techniques, then matured in tanks for 4 to 6 months.
