Fabuleux Cabernet Sauvignon

Presentation

From the western part of the Languedoc region, Cordier Cabernet Sauvignon is grown in a mixed climate, with both Mediterranean and Oceanic influences. The Cabernet was planted 30 years ago in a well-suited clay-limestone soil, and is now at its peak of production, presenting the full potential of its characteristics.

Tasting note

Our Fabulous Cabernet Sauvignon boasts a deep garnet colour with hints of dark purple. The bouquet reveals aromas of blackcurrant and blackberry, with notes of spice and vanilla. This is a generous, expressive wine with a soft, pleasant finish. To enjoy just the two of you, or with friends, over brunch, dinner, or whenever you fancy a drink.

Winemaking

After harvesting, the Cabernet Sauvignon is vinified using traditional techniques, then oak matured for 10 months before being bottled.

Enjoying it...

This is probably with simple and flavourful dishes that this wine will be pleased you. During a pleasant Sunday brunch, this wine will accompany marvelously a club sandwich or a guacamole. This wine remains light for a lunch and it will be a pleasure to share it.
